Extremely happy with Craig and his super efficient services. It was an apparent straight forward application for a study permit extension but it was still complicated due to its rarity. My niece was finishing her high school from a boarding school in Ontario and was to move to a university from there. It was not just changing school but also changing the study permit from secondary to post secondary. With all the new rules this year, to change her study permit on time and to a post secondary one was critical.  We were not sure if we had to wait for her to finish her high school, if so, would we have enough time (especially considering she could not join a university with her secondary study permit which allows her to only study up-to grade 12)? Number of international high school students is very limited and due to lack of experience on the part of most immigration agents, we received conflicting information from other agents regarding the ideal time and process of this application. Craig helped us flawlessly with his experience and expertise, and we received the renewed post secondary study permit, while my niece was still due for finishing her high school. The total time taken from submitting the application to receiving the new permit, was around 2 weeks! Craig was wonderful to work with and we would recommend Craig in a heartbeat!
