9 months before, I was confused to get an assistance from someone that can process my Dependent PR application. I posted on Facebook community groups to hire a lawyer or representative and people started to drop comments with with their respective known people names in the comment box, but I was determined to move forward with someone who's name has appeared more than 3times. When my visa got rejected, I was totally lost and without any direction. I started looking for a lawyer or consultant who specialized in immigration to aid me with my application. Hello Everyone, So here is an honest and genuine Review I would like to give about CPG immigration consulting. We come from a background where immigration consultants in India don’t have enough legal knowledge to hold your visa file or give us false information that usually lead us to visa refusals. In our case our agent purposely misguided us by saying student should not apply with spouse and kid for sowp as they are highly chances of rejection. Let me tell you that it’s not true. So, I first applied for student visa that got approved and then when we applied for my husband and kid it got refused on illogical reasons that were not legally justified. Hi my name is Amit Chatterjee. I belong to a city called Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh, India. In 2019, me and my wife decided to try our luck in Canada. Applying in Express Entry wasn't possible because we didn't meet the CRS score, so I tried a different method, Study Permit. I started my journey from September 2020 and ended up finally being here on August 2022. The "Free Consultants" in India glorify their achievement based on the students luck. They don't have any idea on how to write a proper SOP and when you get rejected, they will put the blame on your profile. I had faced many frustrating days with such an overseas consultant.
